Growth & Evolution

Every HibiTomo adventure begins the same way — with an egg. You pick one to hatch, and from that moment a tiny life is in your hands. What it becomes is entirely up to you.

Seven days, four stages

Your pet grows over a 7-day cycle, passing through four stages of life. Each one looks and behaves a little differently, and each brings new moments to share.

  • Egg — where it all starts. Keep it warm and cared for, and soon it hatches.
  • Baby — small, curious and completely dependent on you.
  • Young — growing fast, showing more personality and new expressions.
  • Adult — the creature you shaped, ready to join your collection.

Your care shapes who they become

Here's the heart of it: the adult form depends on how well you cared for your pet. There's no single "correct" ending waiting at the end of the week — the path branches based on the bond you build day by day.

Give steady, attentive care — feeding, resting, keeping things clean, playing together — and your pet can grow into rarer, more special forms. Let things slide, and it settles into a lesser shape. Because the tree of possibilities branches, every playthrough can end in a different creature.

There are also several species families (sagas) of pets to discover, each with its own evolution tree of forms and hidden paths. Raising the same starter twice rarely feels the same.

The stakes are real

Growth isn't guaranteed. If your pet doesn't grow enough by the end of a phase, it won't move on — it leaves home for good. You won't lose the memory of it, though: it's preserved as a silhouette in your collection, a quiet reminder of the creature that might have been.

That's what makes each cozy day matter. A single burst of attention can't rescue a week of neglect, but consistent little acts of care add up — deepening your bond, unlocking new expressions, and opening the door to the most special evolutions of all.

The goal

Raise a pet all the way to adulthood and it's recorded forever in your gallery. Over time, you're not just growing one creature — you're filling out an entire encyclopedia of forms, one seven-day story at a time.

So take your time, tend gently, and see who your egg decides to become.
