Activities & Minigames

Life with your HibiTomo isn't only about feeding and tidying up. Between care moments, there's a whole little world of short, pick-up-and-play activities to enjoy — most take just a minute or two, and everything works with the same four buttons plus Menu.

The Farm -> Cook -> Feed loop

The heart of it all is a cozy loop that turns your effort into a meal for your pet.

Grow. Out on your plot, you plant crops and water them day by day. They don't sprout instantly — they mature over several days, so a little steady attention pays off. As you keep at it, research unlocks new crops to grow, giving you more to work with over time.

Cook. Once you've harvested, head to the kitchen. Cooking is a quick, hands-on minigame where you combine ingredients into a finished dish. Different ingredients make different meals, so it's worth experimenting.

Feed. Finally, serve the dish straight to your HibiTomo and watch it dig in. A home-grown, home-cooked meal is one of the warmest ways to care for your pet — and it all started with a single seed.

More ways to play

Beyond the farm, there's a relaxed spread of activities to dip into whenever the mood strikes:

  • Fishing — a laid-back, one-tap catch: wait for the bite, reel it in, and watch your catches fill up a growing aquarium collection.
  • Bug Catching — a stealthy hunt where you creep closer while the coast is clear and hold still when your target gets alert. Patience wins the rarer bugs.
  • Excavation / Mining — dig across a grid to uncover buried treasures hidden beneath the surface, with power-ups to help you strike it lucky.
  • Pet Arena — field a small team of pets you've raised in an automatic match, then sit back and cheer them on.
  • Care Minigames — bite-sized care moments like bath time, giving medicine, and popping bubbles: quick, gentle, and made for everyday looking-after.

What you earn

Activities reward you in two different ways, so there's always a reason to play.

Most of them — fishing, bug catching, mining, the arena, and the farm loop — pay out coins. Coins are your spending money for the Shop, the rotating furniture catalog where you pick up decorations to make your room your own.

Care minigames are the exception: instead of coins, they boost your pet's stats, directly strengthening its wellbeing and your bond. So whether you're saving up for a new armchair or nudging your HibiTomo toward a happier, healthier day, there's a little activity waiting for you.
