Going Online

Your HibiTomo device is happy on its own, but it also has a cozy little home on the web: a companion portal where you set things up, keep your device fresh, and stay in touch with friends. No terminal, no tech skills — just your browser and a USB cable.

Your player account

Everything starts with a free player account. It's your home base online — the place your device connects to and where your friends can find you.

Flash a brand-new device

Got a fresh device in your hands? You can install the HibiTomo software onto it straight from the browser. Plug it in with a USB cable, follow the on-screen steps, and the portal handles the rest. There's nothing to type and nothing to figure out — a few clicks and your device is ready to wake up its first egg.

Connect and pair

Link your device to your account with a simple pairing code. Once it's connected, the portal knows it's yours, so updates and downloads land exactly where they should.

Update and pick what you want

When new content arrives, the portal lets you keep your device up to date — and you're in control of what goes on it. Browse the newest pets, objects and animations, then choose exactly which ones to download. Only your selections are sent to the device, so your HibiTomo stays full of the things you actually want.

Friends and presence

Add friends by account and see who's around: who's online, and who's currently in-game with their pet. It's a gentle way to know your friends are pottering about in their own little worlds too.

Playing together (upcoming)

We're working on shared online activities with friends — think fishing side by side or dropping in to visit each other's rooms. The idea is warm, low-pressure companionship: hanging out, not facing off. This isn't competitive multiplayer, and it's not here yet — but it's on the way, and we can't wait to open the door between your little worlds.
